Our philosophy: Hiring should be a win-win — good for the candidate, the recruiter, the hiring team, and the company. We don't replace the human element in hiring. We make every person in the process better at their job.

Candidates receive these resources regardless of whether they get the job — because a good experience matters either way.

  • Risk & Warning Summary
A consolidated view of every risk flagged during the intake — reviewed and acknowledged by the whole team before the process begins.
  • Hiring Decision Matrix
Defines who holds Vote, Veto, and Voice rights on the final hire — agreed on by the team before interviews begin.

Common Questions

What happens after my 30-day trial ends?
Your account stays active and you keep view-only access to all your previously created intakes. You can also continue running new Process Audits and accessing our resource library at getyogen.com/resources. To create new intakes, generate PDFs, or use any AI-assisted features, you'll need an active license. We won't delete your work — we want converting back to be easy, not painful.
How does seat pricing work?
The starter plan includes 2 seats — typically 1 recruiter and 1 hiring manager. Most teams start here and add seats as Yogen spreads to other hiring managers or recruiters in the org. You can add more seats anytime in your settings page. Pricing is tiered: 2–5 seats at $199/seat/mo, 6–10 at $159, and 11–20 at $129 — each tier is a meaningful drop, not a rounding error.
Is Yogen right for our company size?
Yogen is designed for companies of roughly 50–1,000 people making 5 or more hires per year. At that hiring volume, customers typically save 5–10x the license cost through reduced interview stages, less engineering time spent in unstructured interviews, and higher offer acceptance rates. A well-run hiring process is also a competitive advantage — candidates will choose a company that treats them well in the interview over a larger competitor with a slower, more opaque process. If you're doing fewer than 2–3 hires per year, the savings likely won't offset the license cost — and we'd rather tell you that now.

Yogen is built for roles where the hiring process is complex, collaborative, and high-stakes — technical roles, product, design, program management, executive hiring, and knowledge worker roles where a bad hire is costly and a great hire is transformational.

Most hiring processes are borrowed, not built — copied from a previous company, modeled after what a big tech firm does, or assembled from a quick AI prompt. None of those account for what this specific role, on this specific team, at this specific moment actually needs. Yogen's intake process changes that — it forces the right questions every time, even for a role you've hired before, because the team, the challenges, and the requirements are never exactly the same.

All license holders can see each other's active hiring processes, so teams can learn from each other — see what's working, where others are struggling, and calibrate their own bar accordingly.
Does Yogen use AI? How is my data handled?
Yes — several features are AI-assisted, and we label every single one clearly throughout the app so you always know when AI is involved. We're transparent about this by design. Our Interview Co-Pilot retains zero PII — notes are cleared when the tab closes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer a demo or onboarding support?
Yes. You can start a free trial immediately with just a work email — no credit card required. If you'd prefer a walkthrough first, we're happy to set up a call. During your 30-day trial, we offer white-glove onboarding to make sure your team gets real value quickly. Reach out anytime.
What's the difference between the free tools and a full license?
The free tools — Candidate Library, Equity 101, Co-Pilot, and others — work standalone with no account needed and are genuinely useful on their own. They're free because they cost us nothing to run. A full license unlocks Yogen's core value: the structured intake process that auto-generates your entire hiring kit, all AI-assisted features, PDF generation, and everything your team needs to run a consistent, high-quality hiring process at scale.
