This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for the Yogen platform (the "Service") provided by Yogen, Inc. ("Yogen", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a subscription or paid feature of the Service, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Overview
Yogen offers various subscription plans (monthly and annual) and a free 30-day trial. Our goal is your satisfaction. This policy explains the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund, and how to request one.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Annual Subscriptions
- Full Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 30 days of the date you first subscribe to an annual plan.
- How to Request: Email help@getyogen.com with your account details and subscription date. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
2.2 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase. You may cancel at any time, but no prorated or partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the term.
2.3 Free Trial Conversions
If you convert from the 30-day free trial to a paid subscription and later cancel within 7 days of conversion, you may be eligible for a refund of the first month's or first year's fee. Contact help@getyogen.com to request a refund.
2.4 Promotional or Discounted Plans
Subscriptions purchased at a discounted rate (including promotional offers) are subject to the same refund eligibility as their full-priced counterparts, measured from your date of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Add-on Purchases: Fees for one-time add-ons or extra seat purchases (beyond your base plan) are non-refundable.
- Service Credits: Any service credits or coupons redeemed are final and cannot be refunded for cash.
- Past-Due Amounts: Refunds will not be applied to past-due invoices.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing help@getyogen.com.
- Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will downgrade to the free tier.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund—refund eligibility is determined as outlined in Section 2.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email Request: Send an email to help@getyogen.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include Details: Provide your account email, subscription plan, date of purchase, and reason for refund.
- Review Process: Our support team will review your request and notify you of the decision within 5 business days.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
